    is our version of “you are what you eat”. DNA allows us to understand how what you are eating is effecting your ability to generate power, improve body composition and recover quickly.


    A comprehensive diet analysis which includes 3 coaching calls over a period of 4 weeks.

    • Cronometer account setup and instruction

    • Analysis consultation to share our findings and offer practical recommendations to help you achieve your goals.

    • Follow up consultation to review any recommendations and offer further guidance

  • Monthly Nutrition Coaching

    A fully bespoke coaching package which can be individually tailored to meet your goals. Perhaps you are looking to improve body composition without compromising performance? Perhaps you are a busy athlete looking to optimise your nutrition? Or are an elite athlete looking for that 1% gain?

Our Coaching Process

  • No matter which package you choose, when we first start working with you, we’ll ask you to complete a bespoke questionnaire which enables us to create an individual “athlete profile”. In addition to covering your medical history, and general background it’s at this point we ask you to start reflecting on your previous nutrition choices, your current habits and most importantly, your future goals.

  • We will be connected online through Cronometer, WhatsApp and email. Whichever coaching package you choose we will be offering you feedback and advice when you need it most. Wherever you are in the world, we’ll be there with you .
